Come One, Come All to the Open House At Riverbend Park Greenhouse

Please join us in evaluating the 5 different types of benches made for the greenhouse. Everyone attending will have a chance to win a potting bench that will be given away that day by the Green Team. If you have other ideas, the Green Team would love to hear about them. We'll see you on Wednesday April 21 from 1 to 3 PM at Riverbend Park in Rock Hill.

Directions: From exit 79 off of I-77, take Dave Lyle east past the Galleria Mall. Turn R on Waterford Park, then L on Neely Store Rd to 3271. Take the road at the gate into the park until it ends at the Greenhouse.

MGYC Joins with Anne Springs Close Greenway to Celebrate Earth Day!

Look for the Master Gardeners of York County (MGYC) at the Anne Springs Close Greenway Earth Day celebration. 
 

Got gardening questions or need advice on a pesky problem?  Find knowledgeable and friendly master gardeners at the Betsy McLean Plant-A-Row (PAR) Garden for the Hungry located at the Dairy Barn entrance.  Did you know that the PAR Garden is named for a dedicated MGYC volunteer?  She was instrumental in starting the garden which over time has contributed several thousand pounds of produce and dozens of fresh eggs to local charitable organizations.
